Below is a compilation of what we have been able to accomplish with your support, including achievements registered by all of Jimin's solo songs and individual projects outside of the group [VIBE, With You, Filter, Lie, Serendipity (Intro & FLE), Friends] particularly on iTunes and Billboard's World Digital Song Sales and Digital Song Sales charts, among other Billboard charts.
ANGEL PT.1
Jimin's first collaboration with Western artists. It is the main soundtrack for the highly popular 'Fast and Furious' movie franchise,, specifically for 'Fast X' which is the 10th production in this franchise.The OST debuted at #65 on the Billboard HOT 100 chart, having been the top selling song of the week on the Billboard Digital Song Sales Chart. It became Jimin's 4th #1 hit on the Digital Song Sales Chart, and made him the Korean solo artist with the most #1 hits on the chart in history, and the overall global artist with the most #1 hits in 2023 on the chart.
Jimin also broke the record previously set by BTS (11 Months) to become the fastest Korean act in history to debut 4 songs on the Hot 100 chart (4 months).The song has also achieved #1 on iTunes in 100 countries (62 full funding and 38 partial), making Jimin the artist with the most songs reaching #1 in at least 100 countries on iTunes (6 songs total, 5 as a soloist)
WITH YOU
Jimin's first official project outside of BTS, an OST collaboration with Ha Sungwoon for the hit drama 'Our Blues', was released on April 24, 2022.'With You' became the FASTEST song in the history of iTunes to hit #1 in 100 countries in just 4 hours, it achieved #1 in 107 countries in 24 hours making it the song with the MOST #1s on iTunes in its first 24 hours, and later on July 19, it became the FIRST and ONLY song in the history of iTunes to attain a #1 in every country that has the iTunes service (119 countries presently). We funded all the 119 countries, 87 received full funding and 32 partial funding.Ranked #1 on Billboard's Digital Song Sales chart in its debut week.Surpassed 100k unit sales in the US on September 3, 2022.
VIBE
Released on Jan 13, 2023, this was a single by 'Taeyang' of BigBang with Jimin appearing both as a credited composer of the track and as a featured artist.So far, the song has attained #1 on iTunes in 102 countries, reaching this milestone on the 8th day of its release. We have funded all the 100 countries, 80 being fully funded and 22 being partially funded."VIBE" has made entries onto several Billboard charts of interest to us, after its first tracking week.
It became Jimin's first individual project to enter Billboard's HOT 100 chart at #76, having registered the second biggest sales week for any song this year. It ranked #2 on the Digital Song Sales chart and #1 on the World Digital Song Sales chart. It also ranked #9 on Billboard Global 200 (Excl. US) and #12 on Billboard Global 200.It also ranked #96 on UK's Official Singles Chart Top 100.As of the eighth week of its release, 'VIBE' is still ranking on the Billboard Global 200 (Excl. US), and it ranked on the Billboard Global 200 for 5 weeks and Billboard World Digital Song Sales charts for six non-consecutive weeks!
FILTER
Released on Feb 21, 2020 as part of the 'Map of the Soul: 7' album by BTS.'Filter' is the B-side track with the most #1s on iTunes, currently standing at 117 countries, another historical achievement. Out of the 117, 85 were funded by us, 63 with full funding and 18 with partial funding..It has peaked at #1 on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart, and had spent 80 weeks on the same chart as of October 5, 2021, re-entered for the 81st week on June 22, 2022.In 2020, 'Filter' ranked 2nd on Amazon's Best Selling Songs for the year.It surpassed 500k unit sales in the US on March 19, 2022, the only solo song from the 'MOTS:7' album to achieve this.As a highlight, 'Filter' got a GAON 'Song Of The Year' nomination in 2020, the first time ever that a BTS solo track was considered for such an award!
LIE
Released in 2016 under the 'WINGS' album by BTS, his first solo song under the group.'Lie' has achieved #1 on iTunes in 57 countries so far. We funded 23 of these countries, 15 received full funding and 8 were partially funded.It surpassed 500k unit sales in the US on February 10, 2022, the first song to do so in the album.
SERENDIPITY (INTRO & FLE)
Released in 2017 as part of BTS' 'Love Yourself: Her' album.For the 'Intro' version, it has ranked #1 on iTunes in 54 countries so far (we funded 24) and surpassed 100k unit sales in the US.The 'Full Length Edition' has achieved #1 on iTunes in 59 countries so far (we funded 26) and on March 3, 2022, it surpassed 500k unit sales in the US.
FRIENDS
Released in 2020 as part of BTS' 'MOTS:7' album. This is Jimin's first self-written, composed, and produced song.Has achieved #1 on iTunes in 65 countries so far, 31 of which were funded by us, 26 got full funding while 5 got partial funding.Sold over 100k units in the US.A highlight of this production is that it was used as a soundtrack in Marvel's 'Eternals' blockbuster Hollywood movie in 2022.It also got a GAON 'Song Of The Year' nomination in 2020, the first time that a track produced by a BTS member achieved such a feat
